Love it or Lose it

Our longstanding partnership with WWF has seen many projects, but this one truly stood out. The idea was to animate a poem that weaves together themes of love, loss, and the urgency of conserving nature. We were immediately on board, excited to bring this powerful message to life through animation.

Wake–Up Call

The 'Love it or Lose it' campaign by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is a heartfelt reminder of the swift pace at which we're losing nature. It highlights the urgent loss of forests, wildlife, and freshwater, emphasizing that our love and action can make a real difference. It's a race against time to protect our planet before it's too late.

Style

We chose a style that uses fluid, organic shapes and vibrant colors to celebrate the beauty of the natural world. Transitioning through color palettes to represent various biomes – deserts, forests, and oceans – we aimed to showcase the diversity and richness of our planet. Our use of After Effects and cel animation allowed for smooth transitions, adding to the animation's organic and dynamic feel.

Atmosphere

The music composed for the animation captures the earth's majesty and fragility, underscoring the idea that, despite the damage we've caused, it's not too late for us to help heal our planet. This project was a journey of creativity and emotion, aiming to inspire viewers to reflect on their relationship with nature and motivate action towards its preservation.

In bringing the poem to life, we hoped to strike a chord with viewers, encouraging a deeper appreciation for our natural world and the urgent need to protect it.
